Angie Giannakodakis is a hospitality professional with a heart for wine and personal service. Very proud and passionate about restaurants and will do her utmost to protect and elevate standards in the industry. Of course her Hellenic background is amplified with the background of having lived in Athens for 12 years and therefore had her formal training from Greece’s best sommeliers and maitre d’. After 25 years in the industry she now has her own restaurant with business partner Guy Holder. They aim to give Melbourne best service along with European fare that will make patrons come back for more.
